She is one of the world's foremost authorities on workplace issues, stress management in workers and work settings, and balancing work and family. Her articles have appeared in major newspapers such as the Christian Science Monitor, the Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Chronicle, Kansas City Star, Philadelphia Enquirer, Lexington Herald-Leader, and hundreds more.
